A lot has happened since the Liberty Alliance Federal Credit was established in Royal Oak, Michigan to serve the financial needs of employees of the Square D Company.

Over the years, we have constantly monitored the industry and evaluated the changing needs of our member/owners. Then, we make the appropriate additions/improvements to assure our members of access to the right financial products and services at "best value" prices.

The big difference between our Credit Union and "for profit" financial institutions is, we work for our members. And, as a non-profit organization, we respond to our membership instead of a profit focused group of investors and directors.
